Refund and Cancellation Policy

Subscription charges
HEROX membership costs €4.99 or $4.99 at signup, depending on the currency selected at checkout, and automatically renews in that same currency at €9.99 or $9.99 per month until canceled. You can cancel anytime through Paddle’s customer portal. Cancel before the next billing date to prevent the next renewal charge.
Personalized report
Your first payment requests generation of personalized digital content based on your answers. Generation normally begins shortly after Paddle confirms payment. Refund rights for personalized digital content may depend on your location and whether performance began with your request.
When to contact us
Contact Support if a payment was duplicated, you were charged after a timely cancellation, no report was delivered, or the report is technically unusable. Include the purchase email and Paddle transaction reference. Never send card details.
Review and processing
Requests are reviewed under applicable consumer law and Paddle’s Merchant of Record procedures. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. A full refund may end report and membership access.
